Four days before Thanksgiving and nearing the end of the year when I’ve used most of my sick/personal days at work, OF COURSE I’m feeling super sick to my stomach. Like, wake-you-up-out-of-a-dead-sleep-feeling-like-your-steak-dinner-is-about-to-make-a-reappearance kind of sick. Awful, although luckily it did not.
I still felt under the weather this morning and have been sitting with my BFF Pomegranate and my other sometimes friend, Ginger Tea. Poms for the super dose of vitamin C and antioxidants and ginger tea to keep my tummy calm.
I’m totally bummed that I’m missing yoga tomorrow, too. Boo!
